I tried to order a pair of glasses, and actually took their claims seriously about next day delivery. When I went through checkout, there was no option for next day delivery. Not only do they NOT deliver next day, they don't even bother to have anyone answering their phones. Don't bother with this ripoff company. Update: After intercepting UPS and refusing the shipment, Overnightglasses refunded my money.

False advertising! Took a full week to get my glasses! Customer service is the worst! Didn't respond to emails or phone calls after 3 working days of not receiving glasses (they say next day for single lens), when they finally got back to me they said they would ship that day, but it took 2 more days before they shipped. So yes I did receive my glasses but a full week and a day after placing order.

It took me forever to get my glasses back from them with no communication. I got sick whenever i wore them and it was hard to see out of the lenses because they bent light in a weird way. Finally took them to the doctor who told me the company put the wrong prescription in them. Contacted company and they said i would have to send my designer frames back to them so they can examine them themselves and fix it. no thank you. what a waste of money

Twice failed to ship glasses on promised schedule. First time I ordered three pairs and they left one out. Only sent after I complained. The second time I sent designer frames for replacement lenses paying for expedited shipping. They put glasses in USPS rather than using agreed expedited shipping. When I detailed the considerable inconvenience and expense caused to me by this, customer service was unresponsive then finally only offered to refund the shipping fee. Since their mistake has cost me more than the order I have now disputed the entire fee with my credit card company.

Star rating may go higher or lower, we'll see. Ordered an overnight pair Monday, but with the transition lenses ordered, I was informed it would be 3 days. I am leaving Friday for a month overdue return home from a 'quick 3-week visit' 3600 miles from home. Last week my years-old glasses frames broke at the temple and lenses delaminated. I've epoxied frames in the past, but delaminating lenses are a new one to me. Long story short, was leaving Thursday but was promised glasses delivered Friday, so changed my plans. By Thursday afternoon, order tracking said "in production". Friday morning, the day I am supposed to receive them, still shows 'in production". How are they going to be here across the country today if they haven't shipped yet. Between my wife and I, we called them 5 times never talking to anyone. "Leave a message, we'll get back to you the next business day" (MONDAY!!!!). "for faster response, please email our customer service". We mailed 3 times. We paid through Amazon Pay, and finally sent an email to Overnight through Amazon. At that point we got a reply from Overnight claiming "we've been trying to contact you by phone and email" (BS on both!). "The frames you ordered are not in stock, here's some other choices. Select one and we will have them to you tomorrow (Sat)" :/ I do NOT need to know this on Friday afternoon (Eastern) on the day they are supposed to arrive, but should have been informed RIGHT WHEN THE ORDER WAS PLACED, or at the very least first thing in the morning THE DAY AFTER ORDER WAS PLACED. Very disappointed so far, to say the least. Nonetheless we replied immediately to the email Overnight sent, with our 'new frame selection', with specific instructions to them to reply immediatey with the tracking number. Six hours later, not a peep. I had a lot of reservations even giving the 2-star rating.
