outward hound Tracking Order Status

I purchased the Xtreme Seam Alligator for my very enthusiastic Lab. It was labeled "extreme durability". I gave the product a 2 star rating because it was cute & he throughly enjoyed playing with it. He had the limbs removed within the first 5 minutes & completely gutted within 20 minutes. It basically equated to roughly one dollar per minute of entertainment. He did enjoy those 20 minutes. Back to the "indestructible" toy search.

Bought the invisible toy would still squeak if punctured dog loved it but destroyed it in about 30 minutes

I placed order on May 21st. I didn't receive the items until mid June! I sent an email on June 4th requesting the status and expressing frustration regarding the length of time it was taking to receive the items. I did not get a response until July 23rd!!! 7 WEEKS LATER! Very poor customer service!

We purchased two invincible dog toys that our dogs were very excited to play with due to them making a squeaking noise. However, our small dog was playing with it, and after 10 minutes, we heard a pop which turned out to be the squeaker being punctured by the dog. This stopped the squeaker working and our dog lost interest in the toy. I think it would be best not to claim the squeaker is invincible as I have yet to find a dog toy that meets this claim.

My dog has a lot of fun with this toy. She is home alone sometimes and if I put the little chippmunks in she has them out when I come home. I considered buying this for a baby toy too. Im sure kids would have fun hiding the critters in the strump, It is very cute too.
