Outdoor World UK Tracking Order Status

Customer service was excellent, really easy to place order abd delivered early and with goid communication by UPS.

Initial transaction was easy and any queries answered swiftly. There were some significant delivery delays and issues beyond the control of OutdoorWorld; however again communication was excellent and I was very grateful for the customer service which ensured my items were with me in time.

Ordered online for next day delivery, but had a problem with my payment failing. I shot Outdoor World Direct an email straight away but then figured that I probably wouldn't get a reply before the next day delivery cut-off, but I did! So that was all resolved and then I received the item the next day within the given delivery timescales. Great product (Vango self-inflating mattress) and top notch service too :)
