Outdoor Look Tracking Order Status

My experience was great. The item was reduced to an excellent price and it arrived within the 3-5 working day timeframe.

I've got my coat at excellent price. It took a bit longer for the order to be processed(to compare with Amazon or other clothing outlets) but it was worth the wait. I have contacted the customer service while waiting to make sure my order had come through and received a prompt response.

Ordered a pair of walking trousers as a Christmas gift. Paid an extra £5.99, due to the royal mail situation, to have them delivered to a garage. Massive hole right below the crotch (nobody could miss it ..so it's obvious they have been sent knowingly like this 🤨). So late in the day to do anything about it as it was Christmas Eve..so gave them to the person. I emailed the co to explain everything and sent pictures which are very clear. I asked for a partial refund back (which would save them money and hassle too). Reply back... couldn't do partial refund and I would have to send them back and pay postage via royal mail..to get a refund after. I couldn't even order the same pair as that was the last pair left! Won't be using again and do NOT recommend. ☹️

Got some great bargains on Regatta tops!...speedy delivery despite the strikes. I will be buying again from Outdoorlook. Steve Daly. 🙂👍🏻

Orderd a hat from this website. Came pretty quick with no problems.. can't fault them. Noticed a lot of negative reviews after I order witch always put you in a bit of a panic. But all was well and my item arrived and was exactly what I orderd
