This company is a part of a group, including ExtremeGB, and appears to have had some issues with delivery time frames and inventory. I ordered an item using the 24 hour delivery option, and paid a little more, but it took four days to arrive. Based on tracking info was clear this was a Royal Mail fault, as the item was shipped on time. This was inconvenient, as I needed it for a trip away ams had to do without, but very little could be done about that. Customer service at Outdoor GB was responsive and polite, agreeing to refund my shipping costs as a gesture of goodwill. I understand how others may have had a poor experience, but belive they are upping their game, so wanted to submit a review that was somewhat balancing.

Very happy with the service, I will again and already have used them again. I received very prompt responses to my orders and queries. Accurate descriptions on stock level and availability.Great customer service when dealing with my error on a sizing issue.
