Otomix Tracking Order Status

Poor return policies. My order was delayed two additional days than the initial expected delivery date via standard shipping ($16 cost). Items arrived too late to be used. Started the return process. No pre-paid return labeled provided. Costs $18 in shipping to return. Only got refunded for the cost of the item. Did not get refunded for the initial shipping and handling. Overall paid $34 in total shipping/return costs for a product that cost $38. Never again. Will be buying exclusively through amazon next time.

Great shoes for pushing heavy! Their bodybuilding/weightlifting shoes are comfortable, flat, high-quality, and very stable. The material is thick, so when I am pushing heavy (I use these on leg day), and I really need to "get a grip," they're perfect! My toes won't "break through" the material, and they last a long time. Make sure to get these when they're on sale - they're worth the money! Customer Service is easy to work with.
