Orthofeet Tracking Order Status

Shoe quality is Ok but the customer service is terrible. There is long delivery time and sometimes it does not even make it to you, its delivered somewhere else and they do not replace the lost item.

I am overweight with bunions and extensor tendinitis (a fancy term for “the top of my foot hurts when I exercise”). I have gotten a few pair of shoes from OrthoFeet and have always been happy. The exchanges were super easy. I love that they send different insoles that can be layered on top of one another as needed. They work better than the multiple pairs of insoles that were actually molded specially to my feet by other companies. My only complaint is they don’t have shoes that are specifically designed for intense workouts, but I hope that’s coming soon.

I recently found myself in the orthotic shoe market due to a heel spur. The only shoes I found that I can wear so far are Orthofeets! I am amazed at the bad reviews, I almost wonder if people were not fooled by the knockoff site Orthofit. They tricked me a few times and I almost purchased from them. And about the squeaking, Orthofeet clearly addresses this. It is the insert so they say to put a little powder or a dryer sheet liner in there and it will stop the squeak. Anyway, I can wear Orthofeets all day long with no pain, and I'm on my feet in healthcare all day. They have been a lifesaver for me!

Pleased with fit of shoes. Pleased with diabetic socks a bit expensive .

For the no-quality, non-binding socks, the price should be drastically lowered. I paid $27 for a 3 pack trusting their description. Strings hanging off both sides of the seam on the toes. Not any better on the comfort factor either. These socks are no better than anything you would buy at Walmart.
