Orpian Tracking Order Status

I bought medical masks on the 9th AUG 23 and they sent me masks with an expiry date of Jan 2023! They are well out of date. I have sent them emails regarding the out of date masks I received and have asked for my money back but they have not responded. I would advise people not to use this company. Note: Since my review the company has been back to me and apologised as I should never have received these masks and it was a mix up over the emails. They have refunded my money and have acted in a very professional way and I have changed my review to 5 stars to reflect that.

Easy to order online. Good quality, well fitting masks. Long earloops - easy to shorten to suit. Delivered promptly and box well packaged.

Masks arrived soon after purchase. We wanted to buy a British- made product and hope these will wear well unlike the ones we bought through Amazon ( made in China) where the ear loops broke with the slightest pressure.

Ordered a new batch of masks, which as usual was a breeze. Great quality of product, plus delivery was prompt as always. Will be ordering from here again when we need more masks.
