Ended up returning the PC but OriginPC customer sales team worked hard to handle my case

Short story: I made the purchase but I ended up returning the PC back. It was mostly UPS's fault, but the folks working in the sales team of OriginPC communicated well with me during the process. They listened to how I felt, admitted their mistakes, and worked hard to correct their mistakes. So I'll definitely recommend to other people to do business with OriginPC. Long story: The delivery was scheduled to be made on a Friday. The UPS driver didn't knock on my door or ring my doorbell and I missed my delivery because of this. I went into the tracking website and got a notification that the delivery was attempted at 9:12am PDT. I left my door at about 9:15am PDT and I didn't see any UPS trucks nearby. I called UPS right away and checked to see if I can rearrange a pickup location. They told me that either I waited until Monday or I asked OriginPC to rearrange a pickup location. I called the OriginPC customer service, and the agent told me they have a very strict shipping policy that they can only deliver items to our shipping address and no other alternative pickup can be provided, and thus the only way for me is to wait until Monday. I will deduct a star from this review due to the strict policy of the delivery. If this can be changed to allowing clients to pick up from a UPS pickup site, this will give clients more flexibility in case they miss the package. I was very upset about this strict policy, so I initiated a return and asked for a refund. The customer sales team worked very hard to ensure this process go smoothly for me. I expressed my feelings and thoughts on why I felt upset about this. They admitted their mistakes, expressed they were sorry for my situation, and listened and made sure things would be done right for me. They ended up giving me a full refund for my case, including shipping and taxes. I felt grateful for this because not a lot of companies these days are willing to admit their mistakes. This shows that OriginPC cares about the customers and will always prioritize on the customers rather than money. As of now, I'm still feeling bad and sorry for the OriginPC sales for deciding to return the PC way too early. Personally, I will definitely do business with OriginPC in the future. They did lose money this time for the shipping and the restocking for my refund case, which I felt pretty sorry for as well. Thus, when I have the budget in the future, I will definitely ask them to build me an extreme high end PC to reward them for their hard work and effort to always keep customers happy.

Ordered a NT-15 laptop from Origin

Ordered a NT-15 laptop from Origin and it was delivered in a little over a week with all of my customizations included. Excellent communication throughout the entire process. PC is outstanding straight out of the box. It is extremely fast and the visual interface is beautiful. Very clear and sharp video. PC was fairly expensive but it is worth every penny to me. Very high end high quality machine. I could not be more pleased.

I accidentally ordered my EVO-15s with 16GB of RAM and meant to order 32 GB. I immediately contacted support to get that changed. Origin has been extremely responsive and my issue was resolved the day I contacted Origin. I can't wait for my laptop to arrive!

Neuron, financed, no crate for shipping

I ordered my pc 27 days ago, due to financing the pc, it took this long for my order to complete. I received several emails from ORIGIN PC during this time and It was very easy to contact customer support whenever I had a question about the order. They always asked me if I had any questions before getting off the phone. The pc arrived right on time, the package looked rough on the outside (I ordered the $115 wood crate but had to cancel that part of the order) but everything runs and looks great! I have to invest in a better screen to match the new pc!
