Never received refund for returned item. I received a golf jacket that I purchased from them. The item was low quality and poor fitting. I used their enclosed FedEx return label to return the item and never received a refund. They claimed they never received the return. Buyer beware.

Love the quality of the sweatshirts…have bought a bunch. However, for a company that has NO stores in many states, including the DC area, their return process is horrid. They charge $6 (ok, fine…although lame since so few stores) and then after a week of shipping they take another 2+ weeks to process returns. How long does it take to open a box and hit a few buttons to process a return? As another reviewer said, it’s 2023 and it’s time to modernize their processes.

Apparently you can't cancel an order. Yes you heard that right..so they have to send it out to only then for me to return it....get your act together it's 2023

Original Penguin is very expensive. You might see something that's $79.00 but now $39.99 with a sale. If you somehow add a 10% or 30% coupon, you'll still be spending between $30 to $40 still. For example; Subtotal: $39.99 Order Discount: - $12.00 Shipping Ground (3-6 business days): $7.00 Sales Tax: $2.28 Order Total: $37.27 You'll need to spend $50 in order to get free shipping and even then Original Penguin system doesn't automatically give you free shipping. You have to physically click on the "Free over $50" option when you have over $50 worth of item(s) in the shipping tab in checkout. Very scummy business model.
