Oriental Trading Tracking Order Status

Very slow shipping to Canada with no status emails, yes, I checked the junk folder. Ordered to Canada via Borderfree. Ordered Jan 6, 2023. It is now Jan 27, 3 full weeks. Customer service said it was at the northern hub on Jan 16. It is now 11 days after that. I assume I might eventually get the item but really do not know. Maybe Borderfree is the problem. I routinely buy from Europe and get stuff in one week.

I ordered a gift for my husband but returned it due to finding a better one elsewhere. And it's been over 3 weeks and I still have yet to see my refund!!! At this point I want my FULL refund and not just part of it, since they take out the shipping and handling when you do a return....this irritates me and I never had issues with them before but here I am still waiting....

I am seriously blown away from the vast amount of negative reviews! I was desperate and glad I took a leap of faith even after seeing the bad reviews because I really needed some items that only they carried. Everything came in a reasonable amount of time in perfect conditions. Quality exceeded my expectations and did not have the cheap look like it was from China (part of my initial worry). I saved so much money and time ordering from here for a combo birthday party. I ordered candies, cake stands, toys and decorations to name a few. It was a big order and I’ll be honest I was very nervous before it arrived. I conclude that they have by far the lowest deal compared to Amazon and other well known stores for the same exact items. I don’t know that only people with negative experiences leave reviews and not enough people with good reviews which is the reason for the terrible overall ratings. I personally had a wonderful experience and I will definitely shop here again.

“Treasure Chest” item doesn’t include items all items pictures. Items I got that I didn’t like: tiny rubber balls, pencils, tiny pencil top erasers, flimsy book markers. Items I liked; star erasers, stress ball, star note pads, and paratrooper. Also check material item is made of and the dimensions-some items are smaller than you’d think and simply made of cardboard.

I have ordered several items from Oriental Trading Co and have never been disappointed. It is shipped fast and well packaged and the prices are unbeatable. I have called with questions and the Customer Service folks are polite and patient and accommodating. If only everywhere I did business was this wonderful! Jimmy's grandma
