Wish I'd read the reviews on here before purchasing, product reviews elsewhete were good. Originally I thought I could pay by Klarna, so although over priced I needed to treat myself. I emailed and asked about Klarna, no reply (I already purchased product). Emailed again asking if I could return, no reply. Needless to say I'm hanging by a thread until pay day. Definitely won't be purchasing again.

If you'd asked me a year ago, I would say the Oribe moisturising cream is amazing albeit a bit pricy. In the space of 12 months, they've not only increased their prices TWICE, but they've reduced it from 150 ml to 145ml on the downlow as if their profit margins aren't sky high. At $82, it's now extremely over-priced and my opinion of the brand is in the bin. Wouldn't repurchase again.

I placed two separate orders. One arrived fine. The other did not. I contacted Oribe about sending it back so I can have it replaced and they completely ignored me after countless emails. I have a speech disorder so it is time consuming and uncomfortable for me to make phone calls which is the only reason I have not called. I have emailed over 5 times. I just really can’t believe how they have been blatantly ignoring every single email I have sent them. I am offended and I feel completely disrespected and belittled. How can a company ignore a customer after receiving a faulty item? Very unprofessional company and I will share my experience on every platform I discover. I am very saddened about this experience. Very tacky to do this to a customer over one product. If you have an issue with an order do not expect a reply. Their items are high end priced yet their behavior is the total opposite.

My original order took two weeks before I found out it was returned to sender. I contacted Customer Support and they actually got back to me quickly to let me know this and asked if I wanted a refund or the product. I informed them to refund my money as I purchased product elsewhere. Amazing I received the product without 3 days and no refund. I asked for a return label, since I should not have to pay to return the items and now they won’t return my emails. Go figure.
