Mark Archer at store 2517 in Moses Lake, WA went above and beyond helping me solve a problem. His customer service skills are excellent.

Our location in N. Fort Worth has a couple of guys who do a great job. They care, they research, and they're honest about product and price. I just had an employee direct me to a product elsewhere that was easy to install and cheaper than ordering through them. We love O'Reilly.

Alberto at the 68th and Pulaski location lied for a sale while Jose from 93rd and Western went above and beyond and helped me and became my hero....

My driver's car seat was ripping, therefore, I knew I needed to purchase a seat cover before it became worse. Your Account Representative, Troy, was amazing. He guided me to the best seat cover for my car and even put the seat cover on for me. Now that is how you treat a customer, a lady, and an elderly person. Troy was only helping this location since they were short-staffed. He is from a Gainesville, GA. location. This just goes to show, that he gives his best to O'Reilly's customers.

My husband told me to go to O'Reillys and get new wiper blades and have them put them on. I thought oh my goodness. I went in the store to the wiper blade isle and entered my vehicle year and make in the machine and then became confused. A young gentleman asked if I needed help and he had me come to the front desk where he brought up my cars info then gave me a price range, I chose the blades and payed and he politely took them to me car where he pleasantly installed them. I will obviously return after receiving such kind and courteous help.
