OOFOS Tracking Order Status

I loved these sandals - I’m on my second pair. However, both pairs randomly broke while walking and they weren’t even old or worn out. I chalked the first one up to bad luck and bought another; however, I won’t be buying them again. There’s no reason for a shoe to just snap apart while you’re walking around, especially when you only wear them around your house and not out anywhere.

Oofos are the most comfortable slide available. However, they do not last. Two days after owning a pair there was a split on my left slide. A month later the split got a lot bigger. Now I can’t wear them. I filed a complaint and was told to pound sand.

Oofos are life savers and the customer service is AWESOME but my very first pair ordered I'm wearing them on the job now because the pair I ordered to wear at work I had to return to get a larger size and I just found out after 5 months of waiting that they will not carry the ones that I wanted in the next size up. So, my very first pair was an item that was on-sale which was pointed out this week when I called them about the blue from the shoes fading on my cream pants. All winter I've worn compression hose with the clog and assumed that the blue coloring on my toenails was coming the pantyhose. It's coming from the shoe.( I only wear them indoors) After speaking with customer service this week regarding the pants and she mentioned the shoes being machine washable which I knew because I hand washed my flip flop oofos. I took them home and hand washed them. My toes are blue again today 4/6/2023. This is going to be a huge problem for my pedicures this coming season. Be cautious ordering the items on sale was my take away from my conversation with customer service. I was calling in to let them know what was going on and to verify the warranty because I didn't know. It's 6 months. Be careful with items on-sale and that are dark in color. I was offered and given a 20% discount on my next purchase. It better than nothing, I guess.

I had initially LOVE them (the original flip flops) until the shoes re-initiated my plantar fasciitis problem. I found that a brand new pair really only last a month if I wear them all day long, every day everywhere before they lose their support. Kind of disappointing given how pricy a pair cost. Too bad though. I really like them.

As I took them out of the bag I noticed one was wider than the other. I have a bad left foot and I was hoping this was the answer for my pain. If the shoes had a wide left foot and a smaller right foot ( the opposite of what I got) I could have dealt with that. But they are too hot, on the wide one my foot slides forward and my toes go over the end, they don't give as my feet swell during the day. When I try to return them I go from one website to another, nothing will accept my order number that is on the shipping paper I got with the shoes. I called a number supposedly for oofos and they said I had to go to a different website which I did and still I cannot find a way to get my refund and these shoes sent back. They give you a real runaround. They have a lot of questions with answers but then it goes nowhere. I am very disappointed. If I cannot get my money back I will go to social media on this.
