On The Beach Tracking Order Status

This review is more about the brilliant customer Service we received from Charlie K . Charlie went above and beyond for us in dealing with a complicated issue . For over a week Charlie has been on this daily to try and get the issue resolved . So Polite and nothing we asked was too much for her to enquire about . Although things didn’t go the way we had hoped, our experience with Charlie is so appreciated and had restored our faith in on the beach . Thank You Charlie , On the beach is really lucky to have someone like you on their team and I really do hope they do everything possible to keep you as an employee .

Easy to book on line and paper work came through promptly with clear details and instructions. However instructions for taxi transfer when got to Majorca were incorrect. Sent to area 7 only to be told they are not working with on the beach this year and had to go to other end of terminal to find taxi company. Long taxi wait and when arrived luggage wet from taxi and case covered in oil

I had reason to contact Onthebeach about extra baggage. Ben C went above and beyond ti help me find my missing bags. There was hours of waiting beforehand but as soon as he got on the case it took him 10 minutes to locate them and tell me how to navigate the website myself. Excellent rep, totally deserves recognition

First time trying On the Beach and not only loved the deals on it but also the easy of payments by installments. All the documents they sent about the flights, the hotel voucher, payment schedule, fast track etc were clear and our trip went wonderfully well. There were also email reminders about the payments, flights etc which helped. I will definitely recommend them.

Booked Side in Turkey however never received confirmation. Called and spoke with Matias Vitale who was tremendous. He explained the specifics of the website, who don't have live availability. Turns out the hotel we booked wasn't available. Matias looked at alternatives, looked at what we needed and our requirements and found a better hotel (I believe) and a discount applied to get the cost closer to what we booked before. Phenomenal Service. Overall, Matias was very patient, very thorough, understanding and empathic. Was willing to help the situation and went above and beyond to get us a good price. He deserves a huge pat on the back and is certainly an asset to OTB. Confirmation email received and now we can rest easy and look forward to a much anticipated family holiday. Thank you Matias.
