Onstar Tracking Order Status

The company always will try to upcharge you and you always have to fight for a lower price. They take a vey long time to sign up and even longer to cancel your plan. I'll repeat this, they will always try to upcharge and scam you.

I had gotten OnStar yesterday and wanted to cancel due to expenses. I had talked to Louis and he explained more than the advisor who had signed me up. Like I didn’t know I had Alexa or Pandora?? Needless to say I’m gonna try out the features and go from there🤷‍♀️ Thank you Louis for helping me out!

My cell phone and banking information was stolen by an employee who was working with me. I had no way to contact my bank so I figured Onstar. Could help. Thankfully Kevin at Onstar helped me. Thank you so much

Every time no matter how many times in the last 7 years I've had Onstar Not once have they ever let me down I paid maybe $19 a month And literally They have been there when I needed something as simple as a quick diagnosis on my car 2 running out of gas And multiple tows Because I seem to have really bad luck with vehicles. Now I'm on this new plan with them that allows me to add 7 family members And multiple different vehicles associated with them And literally just 20 minutes ago my best friend put her car in the ditch I called onstar I talked with an adviser for maybe 3 minutes on the phone with no Wait time to speak to somebody and and They had a tow truck in route in a matter of minutes. I am a true loyal loyal customer of Onstar and will continue to be forever. They literally have never ever let me Down.They are truly amazing. I don't know what I would have done without them. Is this company as well worth the few bucks it costs a month. And the best part if you get a car whether it's used or new if it has onstar you'll get a free trial for 3-6 months just to try it out and yes the free trial does cover tows. They go above and beyond for their customers. I'm beyond grateful for them and thankful that they have never ever turned me away or charged me a dime extra!!!!!!! Thanks On star!
