OnlyNaturalPet Tracking Order Status

Two stars because I liked the quality of the food, until now. I would give 1 star for the customer service. I've been a happy customer for 5+ years and have collaborated with them as an influencer. But I can no longer recommend them. This past order, I was sent two bags of food that expire in 1 month! They were completely unapologetic when I let them know what happened and that I couldn't possibly use two bags in a few weeks and they said I could return it but I would have to pay for shipping. Shipping it back would cost about as much as the food cost. I'm pretty sure they know that and they're counting on pocketing the money. After many appeals and suggestions on how they could right this situation, they dug their heels into the ground. If this was another company, they may have been transparent and the product would have been marked down and I would know NOT to purchase the product OR they would have refunded me and told me to donate the product. Honestly, by the time they receive the product back, they will have to toss it or perhaps send it to another unsuspecting consumer. They've broken the trust I had with their products and they don't seem to care to keep me as a customer. Use at your own risk.

The dry cat food is really good, but in spite of signing up for their auto-delivery service, the company doesn't seem to be able to reliably supply the food on schedule. I know everyone has supply chain issues at the moment, but when you have MONTHS to prepare to send out an order, you should be able to deliver, and if you are not, customers deserve more than a couple of days warning that their order isn't coming.

Our elderly dog Chico, hes a full bred Pocket Pit , started having joint issues , losing muscle , he can barely walk. Ever since we have been giving him the Hemp chews he looks and seems so much better and happier ! Thank You !
