Online Legging Store Tracking Order Status

TWICE the merchandise came damaged. And another time the wrong size was sent. They expected me to keep paying customs each time and trying to convince them that they have to cover it took almost a year. For a company that prides themselves on customer service, it was non-existent. I bet they were just hoping I would forget to pursue the situation.

Seems as though there is some glitch in there computer/ordering system. I got emails staying my items were in backorder, then that my order was cancelled, then that it was received with a projected shipping date. I did get my items eventually but it was very confusing and VERY difficult to get in touch with any kind of customer service!
