I needed to order 6 bottles of wine for different people on short notice right before Pesach. Though they were busy, everything was shipped promptly. It was easy to communicate with the pleasant people at online kosher wines, they printed pages that I sent to go with each separate delivery, it was exactly what I needed. Thanks!

After reading other reviews it seems my complaint is a habitual issue for this company.....Shipping is horrible. Orders seem to be processed efficiently enough and they will charge your credit card toot sweet but that is where the efficiency ends. For a company whose sole business model is based on a very specific product one would think they would be better prepared for shipping at the Jewish holidays. First and last time using this company.
