I have shopped Full Beauty Brands for years. I love their styles (mostly) but prices are getting outrageous, sizing is not uniform, shipping and returns are very expensive. I only order a few essential tried and true items these days, and use coupon codes always. Be sure to read reviews before purchasing. It will make your life easier.

I ordered an order 2021 june The jacket that I eventually received after 4 months looked nothing like the image on the website either. When I demanded a refund, getting no reply to my email then i went on their help website and i found this help which is₂₁₄₋₅₀₆ 🎉 🎉 🎉 🎉 🎉 🎉 🎉 🎉 🎉 🎉 🎉 🎉 🎉 ₁₁ ₈₂ contacted the company and finally they isuue me a refund after long time DO NOT - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! my next order! I tried to explain that I would never be using their website again

I've been a customer for years and have been watching quality go down and prices go up on this site for years. Prices change from what they are show in the item description to adding them to the cart and their live chat will just tell you to clear your browsing history. I'm in the process of trying to exchange a very STRONG chemical smelling jacket and I've given up, going elsewhere and cutting up my card!
