Onecozyday Tracking Order Status

Total scam. Poor quality product. I was so angry that I sent it back the goods - anyway with terrible postage. After that, they didn't accept the package DELIBERATELY, which disappeared in the return. I tried to request dispute resolution via PayPal, but it didn't work there either, as the package didn't arrive - because of their fault.

I've made 2 purchases (over 10 items) in the past 3 months and not only did I receive the items exactly as they were advertised, but I received them in a timely manner. I am not sure why they have such a bad rating. I've got nothing but high praise for them.

I am 3.5 weeks after placing an order, it does say that items will arrive in up to 15 days… I still have not received my goods.. they are difficult to contact & only say that it’s at customs.. NOT…. Good enough they have my hard earned money & my goods.. I won’t use them again

The clothes come from China so can take a long time to come. Sizes are not always true to size and if you want a return or exchange you have to pay the postage for returning to China or pay them £25. So it’s easier just to keep the item or buy a new one?!

I got my order, it took a long time. I am happy with the clothing, the clothing is as pictured on the site. The earrings are as well, but the earring backing got damaged in transit (got bent because the earrings were placed in a flat envelope.
