OneBone Tracking Order Status

Bought several products from them all great fits. They sent the wrong size by accident once and within 2 days the proper one arrived. Great fits great product.

Great shirts, a little overpriced for what they are but generally excellent fit etc. HOWEVER, customer service and shipping are WOEFULLY lacking, two orders sent, both completely wrong, had to run around sending things back on the first one, second one they won't even respond to my email or chat window, I'm about to dispute with the CC company to get my money back...

Excellent Company, Excellent Products, Excellent Service! I saw a few negative reviews on here and felt like I needed to share my experiences on here. Collectively between my own purchases and gifts from my girlfriend, we have spent over $3000 on clothes from OneBone over about 3-4 years. I own some items from most of the product categories they offer, including hats, pants, jackets, hoodies, t-shirts, etc. The clothes are very high quality, mostly made in Canada and really do get better and more comfortable after every wash. I have had some small issues over the years and have messaged them every time. They have always made it better by either exchanging, refunding, or offering some kind of promo code when products didn't warrant replacing. The customer service has always been top notch and they have always been very receptive to any criticism I have had. I really don't think you can go wrong with OneBone. Most of the clothes I wear are made by OneBone now, they are lifechanging for hard to fit men. Don't listen to the other reviews, buy one shirt and experience it for yourself. Message them on Instagram if you have any issues and they will make it right. This is a Canadian company, they will work with you.

Initial issues with the order and shipping; TLDR, I paid for express shipping, did not receive express shipping, and didn't receive my order until the week after needing it. Update since the order was received - I received follow-up from their customer support team, and am happy with the outcome. An explanation as to what happened would have been fine by me, but they went ahead and processed the shipping refund right away as well. Slow follow-up, great resolution. In regards to the product itself; the hype is real. I personally think the price is still a little steep, but that won't be stopping me. I intend on trying all of their products, and eventually filling my entire wardrobe with OneBone. If you're just curious if the hype is real, and are looking for that extra to push you the purchase, this is it, they're 100% worth the try!

Too many companies seem to think that making big/tall or plus size clothing is just about taking a regular pattern and drawing outside the lines to make it bigger. This results in giant neck holes, beachball-size hoods, and sloppy fluttery wide t-shirt sleeves that go down to the elbow. One Bone is doing things right. The shirts are sized up where they need to be, and fit properly where others do not - like they are actually designed for the bigger body! Nice material and workmanship and decent price point. Bought the scoop and the waffle weave as a test- will be ordering more for summer. Love that they are made in Canada too.
