On Air Parking Tracking Order Status

I have used onairparking over 10 times to book parking in both Atlanta and Detroit and never had a problem ever. It's always the cheapest rate, and the details for your parking, once booked, are very clear. Once I did have to call them to get some assistance, and a person answered the phone and helped me out. It's also easy to change your dates if you need to. I travel frequently, and I wouldn't use any other service.

This is a mixed review. Right now I'm very angry but I'm going to try to be fair. First, the price was great for a great gated lot close to the airport and the process wasn't bad. The reason I'm angry right now is my trip ended two days earlier than expected, so I asked for a refund for the two days I didn't park there and they would not give it to me, making the cost savings zero. Also, the day I parked (2/11) I had questions so I called, but they couldn't take the call and didn't return my call until today (2/17). By now, I got that question resolved but I still had the question about the refund, to which I was told no. So basically, if you don't foresee needing to come back from your trip early for any reason, go for it. If not, don't expect a refund and if you have questions the day you park about the parking process, don't expect an answer until your trip is almost over. Expect to have to figure it out on your own. I tried to leave this review on their website but it looks like they have to read and review all the reviews before they're posted, so if I were you, I'd look elsewhere for reviews of their service. It's a shame because outside of those two issues, I would have given it five stars AND used them again!

I've used this vendor to book parking out of SNA Airport (aka John Wayne Airport) in Santa Ana, CA -- at least 10 times in the last three year without issue. Frankly I'm shocked to read all the bad reviews but think they are mostly site-specific and not related to the vendor themselves. This is a legit vendor and I recommend them.

We recently used their service and frankly we’re very disappointed in your shuttle service. While the price was good ($9 per day) and we like that the car was left in a smaller hotel covered parking garage. That was where the positives ended. On pick up we were told 10 minutes when we called and over 30 minutes later were picked up. The service was far worse on our pickup from the cruise terminal. We called for pick up at 8:18 am. Again we were told 10 minutes. We first heard from the driver at 8:33 and again told 10 minutes. At 8:59 we ere again told 10 minutes and the same again at 9:07. We were picked up at 9:18 and full hour after our call and then when for a tour of the cruise terminals. We finally arrived at the Renaissance at 9:33. It might had been better if your crew had not set false expectations by saying 10 minutes on every communication. We saw several parking pickup services come and go with full buses that didn’t require tours of the port. So for saving money it was well priced but the shuttle part of their service was lacking.

I had a great experience my first time using the On Air Parking online booking. The parking options seemed to be too cheap to be true, but the whole experience was fantastic. I really liked that I had so much flexibility to easily change my parking dates and times online without any penalty. The lot and shuttle where I parked was as described. I would recommend this site to find airport parking.
