Omega Breaks Tracking Order Status

Having been on many successful coach trips we were very much looking forward to coming again for early birthday celebrations. This trip did not live up to your usual standards and has put us both of booking again which is disappointing as we were looking forward to a Christmas trip. On arrival at the hotel we could not check in and had to wait for 40minites after a stuffy journey on the coach with no air conditioning When finally getting into the room it wasn't a twin room we booked rather a double bed with a pull out bed. The bathroom was rusty and unclean no time to do anything about it as we had less than an hour to get back out. After the show were were told pick up time was 11 however to be there for half 10 as they often get away early. At 11 a member of another party had a call to inform us of a delay but not what it was or how long the delay was at around 11.40 another call to say a couple hit lost but we're found and the driver was on the way. Just after midnight we got picked up. We we're completely unsafe surrounded by many interesting characters on the streets of London. Surely the driver should have left the couple to make there own way back or better informed us so we could have found a warm place to wait I feel there was no duty of care to the rest of us returning at 12.35 to the hotel to find that there was no duvet on the pullout bed and reception extremely rude when I asked for bedding. Breakfast the next morning was shocking they told us our time was half 8 and no cooked food left 25minutes later my friend got some cooked for her but it was not edible. For what we paid this was totally unacceptable and below standard Communication was lacking from the driver throughout he did not appear happy in his job was Sunday before he thought to give out a contact number as he "felt stressed" We really are completely dissatisfied in the unorganised trip and appalling hotel. It should be advertised that you will be using budget hotels

Great weekend. Just 2 small niggles, drop off point in London for free time could have been more central, breakfast at ibis Luton airport was very poor. All else brilliant.i should add that hotel was very good bar the food/

I have been booking trips to london with Omega for the past 4 years and always been happy but this time I was disappointed. Our original pickup point Oswestry was changed 2 weeks before departing, but I thought it cant be helped so we were collected at our new pickup point wrexham (had to book taxi and was 25 minutes away from home) We were met by feeder van to be told he was taking us to Oswestry to meet the bus. I couldn't believe it and the bus driver couldn't understand why we were messed about as he knew in advance he would be picking up in Oswestry. I emailed Omega after I returned to ask why this had happened and I am still awaiting a reply 3 weeks on. I will not be booking with Omega again as this caused inconvenience and costly in taxi fares when it was not needed. Very disappointed and to have no reply from my email from Omega says it all to me and extremely rude.

Group of 14 ladies celebrating a retirement! We had a fab weekend in London thanks to Omega Breaks. Everything ran smoothly and on time, our driver, Chris, was very jolly, we had great seats in the theatre, and the hotel was excellent. All in all a great value fun break away. Would definitely recommend!

Omega offers good deals but they are very inflexible. We could not change the date (for a good reason) or even transfer the event or hotel to friends.
