Oluolin Tracking Order Status

I found that item size was not suitable and wanted to return it to warehouse for exchange after trying on it. They replied me with return address and receiver name only. They seemed to be unwilling to provide the real contact number and company name of that warehouse. Return for exchange is no way!! You mention you can return your items on your website but it’s is not feasible in practice. Isn’t it a big joke?

I ordered two sweaters from them using the bogo sale and the sweaters I did receive are pretty good quality but I only got one of the sweaters I ordered and the other was just some random sweater. I don’t think I would trust this company again the services seem to be 50/50 some bad, some good. I would also like to say that reaching them is nearly impossible even if you find their customer service line.

I’m sure the quality of the product is good but thats because it is a website for dropshipping! This means that the website doesn’t sell you products made by them, they sell other people’s products for a marked up price. With this in mind, if your order gets lost then there’s no customer service help because we aren’t their customer. Bad website, bad company.

Great! I was super worried about my order after reading some reviews and reviews for the transport company. Ive been proven wrong. I ordered two jumpers and the order was accepted/processed November 21st. I received them today December 1st. They're both excellent quality. Warm and wooly. I'd definitely order again. Glad I didn't cancel my order xx
