Olivia and Pearl Tracking Order Status

Bought a beautiful pearl bracelet for my partner which sadly broke quite shortly after purchase. It turns out this was a faulty product - which does happen! Lilly from the support team was excellent from start to finish. Returning and replacing the product was seamless and she represents the company very well. I’m looking forward to regifting the bracelet and as I wanted it to be something to keep!

I ordered to mainland Europe - I was looking for a quality gift, which seemed to fit the bill. They advertised 2-day delivery, which was false. The item took a week to arrive but of course as it wasn't DDP ( Delivery Duty Paid ) it took a lot longer to deal with customs. The worst of all was what I saw in the commercial invoice via customs: Country of manufacture CN Is this all made in China?! Despite the products looking fine, I'm now unsure about the quality - nowhere in the website it's mentioned that these are Chinese manufactured jewelry ----------- Update: The shop has now updated their Delivery page which should eliminate similar issues and I find their explanation for the commercial invoice acceptable.
