The shoes are great, but the customer service is god-awful. I ordered a pair of shoes on March 15th, with the intention of wearing them to an event on the 30th. It has been 10 days and I have gotten no shipping updates. I emailed customer service and asked them to let me know if I will get my order anytime soon. No response. Oliver Cabell if you see this please help me out here. I will be leaving the state of my shipping address in 2 weeks and will be unable to receive the order after that.

Bought a pair of the Low 1s back in 22' and they're still still holding up well - one of my favorite pairs of shoes to date. Can't say for the newer shoes though they really do sound quite horrible for the same price. Placed an order for a pair of Low 1 Golf (obviously before i came across this and the OC reddit thread) Aug last year that supposedly shipped in Jan but have not received any updates so far despite despite multiple emails and messages through the OC site. Saw last week that the site now says 'ships in Feb'. Fingers crossed. Order #567425

I bought the Black Ghost Low Tops. This is my 4th pair of Oliver Cabell shoes. When they arrived out of the box, I noticed scuffs on both shoes. It looked like they were damaged during shipping. When I contacted customer service a guy named Paul writes back that this is actually intentional and that their "craftsmen" actually do this to make the shoes look "distressed." I could not believe they would do this to such a beautiful pair of shoes. The scuffs do not do anything to the appearance besides making them look damaged. It is a shame that they would actually damage the leather before sending it out. It's a travesty, and now I've invested in acrylic black paint and finisher to try to restore them, but I can't get them perfect. This is the dumbest idea I have seen a shoe company partake in. They literally ruined a $260 pair of gorgeous shoes.

I have sent twice about cancelling my order and get a refund and they havent rsponded

I mistakenly included an item I did not want in my order, so right after I ordered I reached out to customer service to see if they could correct it. They did! I've already received the item I wanted (I like it alot). But they charged me for the order they didn't ship. I never got my money back for the item I asked them to cancel. I've reached out over e-mail several times and I appear to be ignored. I would steer clear of these guys just based on this experience alone. Edit: I did get my refund and its understandable service would be slower to the holidays. Individuals I spoke to were all polite and helpful. I still believe their support experience could be better designed.
