Paige, Ebony, Louise, and Gabrielle, thank you all for clarifying my tracking issues! You have been very attentive and solution-oriented. The communication via email is very quick, which also gives a lot of confidence in the customer service :)

Evri left my parcel in the wrong place, as they haven’t even ring my bell, since I was home waiting for the parcel, and unfortunately someone took it before I could get there. I have explained this to the team of OH Polly and they did ther best and helped straight away with the investigation and at the end they refund me, which I do really appreciate, since I bought the same item after that 😅 many thanks to the costumer services

My experience was great because it was good communication and I liked the tone she or he was typing at.I do think that Oh Polly should not have to email you to contact with the agents.I do think you should get the service you need while ur communicating with the virtual assistant.
