Off the Grain Tracking Order Status

Ordered a TV stand and matching coffee table, both exceeded my expectations. Outstanding craftsmanship and really helpful customer service. From placing the order to the delivery arriving quicker than advertised and came really well packed. Will be ordering again.

Very happy with my order. Looks great in my living room. Only issue was with the delivery but that was parcel forces fault. Would be good to have the option of different delivery companies.

Having ordered a coat rack over 12 months ago, one of the hooks got damaged. I contacted Off the Grain to see if I could purchase a new one & they’re kindly sending me one free of charge. Excellent customer service.

Very disappointing regards delivery, customer service and quality of product. Oak dining table arrived wrapped in a single layer of bubble wrap, OTG claimed courier had dropped table - they may have caused a little of the damage we find including - screw hole and scratches on top, splits along the grain line of several planks, knot hole on table top where the knot centre had come out leaving a hole clear though the table top, various scratches, gouges etc. The legs were attached with single too short screws and no cross braces to the frame so I was scared to use this table in case it collapsed on me. Customer service were always pleasant and helpful whenever I phoned and it was always me who phoned, no communication otherwise from company to me. Asked for replacement table but they insisted on redoing the original so we still have a table with a hole in the top and visible scratches and splits in the grain. Legs and frame fitted more securely this time. Asked for a partial refund and on a table costing over £1000 they offered a whole £50 which I haven’t accepted. Second delivery was also only wrapped in a single layer of bubble wrap for a delivery from Yorkshire to Edinburgh! Wouldn’t order anything from here again. Entire order to final second delivery dragged on over 4 months so not speedy.
