Customer service was fantastic. The young employee at the front named Tyler was very helpful, kind, and definitely deserves a raise!

We had a problem with getting the right option for printing a photograph at Office Works Fyshwick. I would like to commend Jinnit for his professional customer service, for spending time with us and giving us the solution we wanted. My experience with Office Works has been average, to date. The customer service provided by Jinit could potentially be more consistently applied to all of the sales team.

Wait time to print 6 photos not worth it. I thought instead of waiting behind 2 ppl at the self service photo print I'd ask to have it printed at counter where there was no queue. The young girl there after fiddling with the machine and computer sets it up and then turns to me and says give it 10 to 15 mins. If she had asked first before setting it up whether I wanted to wait or go back to self service I'd probably have opted to go back. I did not know I had to contend with every other photo order the she had in her line up! I ended up waiting way more than the expected time. After some time - thankfully her co worker prompted her to check on the lady waiting which the young girl took to apologising and said there are 2 more pictures to come and then proceeded to walk off. Thankfully the girl who actually had the better service checked the machine for me for my photos. Twice now I've been to this store in O'connor and the long wait has been unnecessary. And you somehow made to feel overlooked and totally not valued as a customer. Thank you to one that displayed a care factor about her customer service.

I ordered a personalised jigsaw puzzle online as a gift. I knew it didn't come in a box, but it is just very thin cardboard and certainly not worth the $29.95 I paid for it. Quality is really bad.

Shirly from Officeworks Penrith was incredibly helpful when there was an issue with an unsuccessful delivery. Excellent customer service skills and greatly appreciated her efforts to go above and beyond. She made me smile all day.
