I have used the Office Timeline app to create "swimlane" work breakdown structures for presentation to Stakeholders. They appreciate the breakout of responsibilities on our projects. I found the app somewhat confusing at first, especially in dealing with data, but soon learned how to make things work out. I have yet to use all the templates..
