Office Shoes Tracking Order Status

Was scared when read all the reviews after already ordered,, but recommend as they’ve come straight away when on time and messaged us straight back when messaged them

Ordered a pair of sandals, never arrived, got told lost by Yodel. Was given the option of ordering another one which I did. Got the confirmation and tracking number but then order was cancelled. When contacted office again I was told it hasn't been sent out yet. 3 weeks later I am not sure what's going on. Opted to cancel and get it elsewhere Update: Office kindly explained after this review the reason for the delay

I was a bit hesitant after reading reviews online but I ordered some £100 Nike dunks and the order came within 4 days of me ordering online and were in pristine condition

I had a really good experience on 03/06/2023 at an independent office store in Enfield EN26SN @ 16.15 The gentleman that served me was patient , focused , engaged in his job. I bought some lovely strappy sandals for a wedding in Ireland . It was a very hot day and I was wearing trainers and socks and the gentleman offered me some pop socks to wear. I did not feel rushed into the sale. Instead. it was a relaxed occassion and I was able to sit and make my mind up and it is so nice to have my purchase in a recycable paper bag. The sandals were comfortable and attractive and I was able to afford them on my moderate income. Many thanks to this gentleman and all the staff in Enfield EN2 6SN
