Odeon Cinemas Tracking Order Status

Holly on twitter helped contact the local odeon when I couldn’t to help me find a really sentimental hat I had left behind in a late night showing. Thank you so much Holly 🌸

had a question about whether we could wear facepaint as we were aware of some cinemas not allowing facepaint but the member of staff on the live chat on the site was cooperative and even called ahead to the specific cinema to find out for us if we could wear it to the particular venue, excellent experience

Very disappointed with our Cinema experience.

Really disappointed with our Cinema experience. We went as a large family group and booked to watch IF. As a treat we booked to go to the cinema in Leicester Square thinking this would be fabulous and luxurious considering they hold movie premiers here. Unfortunately I was incorrect- the cinema (screen 4) was very small, the screen was small, the volume was quiet the room was hot and the worst part of it was the terrible seating. The chairs have been designed with some sort of ridiculous rocking system that rocks every time someone walks past and balances themselves by holding onto the chair. The rocking system is absolutely useless and actually the chairs/ leg space in quite uncomfortable. We are regular customers of Vue where a fraction of the price (in our local town) we get a large leather armchair that reclines/ foot rest and table. I don't think I will be returning here again or using Odeon if this is as good as it gets! The reason for 2 stars and not 1 is purely based on the lovely chap at the front entrance who was very welcoming and the only asset to this place.
