I got this for my wife who suffers from lack of sleep. She has Hoshimoto's it effects her thyroid and she has suffered sleep loss for years. She found this sleep idea on line we blacked out our bedroom and she wears the glasses 2 hours before bed she is having better night sleep than for years! We believe both were needed that's why we gave 4 stars not 5 but still feel very good product

Fantastic prescription sleep glasses for half the price. All other options were way more expensive. I have no complaints aside from the amount of packaging used to ship a single pair of glasses.
