Been looking at new mattress, having read the difficulties and poor quality and customer service from these people have crossed them off the list. Looks like bensons for beds for me

Not as described. Doesn’t measure what it should. Doesn’t keep its shape after use.

Mattress seems well put together but comes with huge drawback. Mattress either too firm and wrong size I can only comment on double but if all sizing is the same then all mattresses will not fit. I have a double bed and mattress is at least 2 inches around too small. Sheets don't fit either.

Bought the essentials mattress in a double size. Delivery took 3 weeks. Left the mattress for 24 hour's after unpacking to fully expand. Strong chemical smell? First four nights sleep I awoke very hot every morning. Now after 4 nights of use I am experiencing dizzy spells which I have never had before? Maybe due to the chemical smell? On the TV advertising it stated that the mattress expels warm air on movement and draws in cool air so you awake feeling refreshed. Nope! You awake hot and wet with sweat. The recovery time of the octospring and memory foam isn't very fast. Meaning that if you move to a different position during sleeping. You soon fall back into the position you have just moved from. My advice? Look elsewhere.
