Oberlo.com Tracking Order Status

It is good at fast but recently they are constantly making updates which are not tested and have flaws. They do called improvements updates are terrible. You have shopify updates then oberlo updates , same owners , then AliExpress updates. A bowl of disaster to happened. Then oberlo cares about the bulk orders customers. As they make the updates for them. We already work around their issues and now we are lost. They don't go back to old version but force us to move ahead and it falls. Their customer support line is very poor and rubbish. They reply back after 16 hours. Which is pointless when we have to order. Total nightmare. The app gets worse and worse.

Good for beginners but don't allow lot of products to be imported which is huge minus

It's a great idea, but they don't order the products for you automatically — you still have to do it yourself. Also, if you have a problem, it takes them at least 24 hours to get back to you on the 'live' chat. Absolutely useless if you have a customer breathing down your neck.

im finding the chat service way way too slow it this is my main complaint i have only started using the app but i havnt had an order without a problem on shopify yet which is a bit worrying if I start to sell a lot I am going to keep trying but im not sure for how long!!!
