Not the quality it was. Oasis used to be decent quality, reliably-sized clothing for 30+ women like myself who had given up on attempting to fit into the crazy sizing (as well as poor quality) of the ‘younger’ brands. However, I recently ordered what looked like a lovely, normal floral dress, but which I have to say was nothing short of misleading on the website. Looking back now they’d clearly clipped it back for the photos - it arrived with enormous sleeves and skirt and then with a tiny tight band around the stomach/hips in the middle. Who on earth thought that would be a good look? I am lucky to not hold most of my weight in that area, but even I felt like a shrink-wrapped sausage in that dress. At best it was giving Shakespearean character. Really depressing that I’m now going to have to double check that dresses aren’t just made to fit onto the size 0 models on the website.

Purchased back in February for a future holiday this month. I got the dress out to get sorted for packing when I noticed there was a small rip in the bottom of the dress. I contacted oasis using the text message service. Had an immediate reply and was all sorted in less than 15 minutes. Replacement dress on its way Have to name drop the very helpful “Armina” for this More customer service like this please
