OAKYWOOD Tracking Order Status

Really, really great products and superb craftsmanship. On the expensive side but the quality definitely matches the price. The ordering process and shipment is fast and efficient as long as you use DHL. Don't use UPS, otherwise your order may get stuck at their center in Germany.

I had previous issues with the Australian distributor of Oakywood who did not honour my large order of a desk and desk accessories and has since closed down his distribution and is not contactable. I reached out to the parent company in Poland about my issues and received a prompt reply from the owner who said that my order was never passed on. I was impressed by the fact that the owner took responsibility of the order, honoured the order and arranged for prompt delivery to Australia. I was so impressed that I proceeded to make another order of further desk accessories. I have nothing but positive things to say about Oakywood. Their craftsmanship is the best I have seen for sit/stand desks and their products are worth the price. I am just glad that despite living in Australia I can now access the products from the international website directly, which are much more diverse than what was previously available in Australia.

Great customer experience, my builders made a mistake when installing the table, Oakywood sent me all the relevant materials to repair the table for free and were just a pleasure to deal with.

The general feel and quality seems great (I just received and assembled my oak standard desk), however, the shipping experience with UPS to Israel was not great at all. Additionally, I discovered a small damage on the corner or the desk. Not sure whether this is transportation or material related.
