Oak Furniture Superstore Tracking Order Status

Ordered the Hertford round table and received it a week later in Northern Ireland. It is absolutely beautiful and a great fit for my small room. The carriage was somewhat expensive but was delivered by Direct Deliveries on time by two well mannered lads. Was kept updated throughout whole experience. Would definitely recommend.

It was easy to get a customer service rep on the phone when we wanted further information about a product. The ordering system was easy and straightforward. The delivery date was confirmed on the same we ordered. Emails and texts were received confirming the day of delivery. Phone call received 30 prior to delivery. All items well packaged and un damaged. Products were as described and of good quality. I have no issues with regard to any part of the process and would recommend.

Very quick delivery and the delivery men were polite and efficient placing the furniture just where I wanted. The quality of the dining table and chairs is excellent and exceeded my expectations - I have already recommended your company.
