O2 Mobiles Tracking Order Status

I spoke with Sabrina today in 02 customer service and she was extremely helpful. After being hung up on numerous times, she was very informative and helped me resolve my issue. Thank you so much

People only ever leave reviews when they’ve had a bad experience, but I just had a call with O2 which was a really nice experience, and I’d like to think that the person I spoke to will get some kind of recognition. I called 202 today and spoke to a man named Daryl about a PAC code. He was lovely, polite, very friendly and we were having a really nice chat in between all the actual work he had to do for me. I’m a very anxious person when it comes to ringing companies and speaking over the phone, but Daryl put me right at ease by simply talking and joking with me like a human being. I imagine his job sends a lot of angry people his way on a daily basis, so here is a bit of positivity, even if this review never reaches him.

l had ordered Samsung tablet from 02 app l had a faulty tablet they said they would give me a replacement they were good very good service on the phone they said they would send it to the 02 shop

After having purchased a new Apple Watch, I decided to use O2 as I have used them for numerous years. As usual, I was offered excellent service by the staff in the Northallerton branch, given exactly what I needed and given the service I expected. Having been an O2 customer for 20 years, everything was as expected.

I am waiting on them to fix something. Not too bad in general where I live but they are telling me a mast broken meaning I do not receive/ cannot make calls is not their problem. This may well become a 1 star review if they do not pull their socks up
