nzgameshop.com Tracking Order Status

Vinyl arrived well packaged and great condition. Ex UK tool some time to arrive but courier tracking excellent.

I recently ordered a game from this company which appears to be attached to XBite in UK. After 6 weeks the game did not arrive and I had a fraudulent message from “NZ post” wanting more money for postage and trying to scam me of hundreds of British Pounds- I cancelled my bank card. NZ games was apologetic and fully refunded me to my new bank card. Although I never received the game, I was relieved to be refunded and impressed with the friendly customer service.

Edit: I've upgraded the review to a three star as NZ Gameshop did issue me a refund after I contacted them on Facebook. The original refund was held up during a transition of ownership, apparently. Their website appears to be live again, so assuming they are back in business, I wish the new owners luck. -- I ordered from NZ Gameshop but cancelled after the item was not sent out. I received an email saying I would receive a refund within seven days, but a month and a half later I have received nothing. After notifying Xbite (the new customer service email), I was assured that a refund would be forthcoming, but have since received nothing. This retailer used to be reliable with good prices so I am unhappy at leaving a one star review, however it is unacceptable to withhold funds following a confirmed refund request.

Edit: 02/11/2022 I have just received my refund. Thanks to the team for finally processing it, so I have added 1 star. I hope that nzgameshop can make a turnaround after this disaster and that this will never happen again. Original review: Over a month ago I ordered a couple of games (24 August and 2 September). DID NOT GET AN UPDATE THAT TWO WERE CANCELLED! Waiting for a refund for the cancelled games. This is an unacceptable. Unfortunately they used to be a good place to buy games that did not have local stock in NZ. Not worth it anymore :(
