Well the first time I purchased on Nyakka, I got all the products but don't know whether I recieved the fake or original products because this time I read several negative reviews regarding it. This time I made an order for the 2nd time worth Rs 2864 but thank God, I chose COD at the last moment because I read tons of negative reviews about it on Playstore and then further on Quora, Trust pilot and other websites. Everywhere there's negative review about Nyakkas product regarding fake product Delivery, no product delivery, missing product, v dull customer executive response,no proper contact support and thus no refund. And then numerous negative feedback led me to reorder those products from Genuine websites of the products brand and Amazon. The Nyakkas products had been shipped and since it's COD, I won't accept the product. If I accept the product, I might also go through the same problems which innumerable costumers have gone through. Moreover, Nyakka has v bad customer executive support. They don't provide active support on phone like Amazon, Flipkart and other brands. If Nyakka accepts their fault,work upon their weakness, the company has high opportunity to touch sky in selling skin care brand's especially. They really needs to improve their customer support especially on phone. Nyakka, I really want to do al the cosmetics products shopping from your site because your site has the skin care products of all the brand. But since internet is flooded with -ve reviews of the customer regarding your company, I might also face similar issue one day and end up losing money because your company doesn't provide active customer support on phone and email. Moreover I read that you never accept the return by giving lame excuses and thus you never refund money back to the customer. I wish nyakka employees work well like Amazon, Flipkart and myntra. The above three company are so reliable. Whenever I received wrong products or faced any issue regarding the products ordered from their company, they always apologised and refunded me the amount.
