Nygard International Ltd. Tracking Order Status

To whom it concerns I visited Nygard Fashion Outlet on Donna Drive in Sudbury, Ontario, Canada on Friday, May 17, 2019. I toured the store looking for a white shirt, that is not the problem. There were two staff members both from India or of that culture. I don't have a problem and I'm not prejudiced with their employment, but I do have a problem with them speaking in their language in a public environment such as this in the store. Even if they are talking business it is inappropriate when there are customers. We do live in Northern Ontario, and as an English speaking person, we speak English in a public place other than asking for someone who speaks French or is bilingual if necessary. i visited your store Nygard International at 200 Windflower Gate Woodbridge,ON. The one that recently opened. I was shopping in the store and asked one of the ladies if they had a washroom and she said no not public washroom. Got to the point where after i really had to i saw someone was in the back a lady working there and i asked her please if i may use the washroom, i was begging at this point. She said not for the public, to go next door. I said to her Please i really need to go? After going back and forth she finally said "yes". I used the washroom and i was so grateful. One my way out i said thank you to her and she did not respond. When i left the door to the back she " BANGED THE DOOR BEHIND ME". I know she was upset. I know she needs to obey by the store rules I was so upset with this lady that was working in the back, she could have been different with me. Not very nice. Rude. To slam the door, not nice. I contacted head office, and they replied back. Apologized for behaviour of the worker, but at the same time they defended her. Head Office could have called me regarding this, and not message me, not professional.

I will never buy from Nygard again. As a frequent and loyal customer, it is very disappointing the experience I had with customer support. I reached out to them regarding a pair of pants I had worn less than 6 times and they are already falling part which is unacceptable. They sent me in circles emailing me back and forth and then ignoring some of my responses saying they would exchange the item for a new pair then I wouldn't hear back from them with a follow up. I repeatedly followed up on the resolution they promised me,then after a week I was told they wouldn't do anything for me because it was over ther alloted time frame. Beware of their lack of customer service!

I have bought many Nygard items over the years and have always been happy with the look, the fit and the quality
