I really want to support the developers by ordering directly, but this website fails the customers in massive ways. Made some orders from the website: It did not give a receipt or order confirmation. This is the most basic thing from a webshop, and I needed it. Contacted customer support and they could not give any receipts / order confirmation either. This most basic thing, took them 2 months and 60+ emails to give up on and declare themselves incapable of doing it. As a result of these failures, I lost money. I gave them long heads up and told them I would need to demand a refund if they could not give me an order confirmation within ~45 days of the purchase. They failed, but then said that they were also unable to give any form of refund because if they tried, their system would punish my account. They have repeatedly acknowledged massive failures on the simplest of tasks, have acknowledged that I lost money as a result of these failures and are also saying that they are incapable of any form of refund or recompense. Meanwhile, any request to their support gives you 40+ spam messages while they are assuring you that they are working hard on problems despite nothing ever happening.
