I’ve been using Nutrafol since 2016 and I see little difference in hair growth I have a very distinct hair loss on my hairline which is still visible. The other complaint I have is the price. I take 4 pills a day which is a lot. I’m searching for other alternatives in the market for hair loss treatment. I found one which is cheaper and BBB rating at 4.71/5. I think I’m going to give it a try

The reason why I rated this 5 because when I shared that it’s not working for me they refunded me without me even asking, I thought they’re going to push me and really asked what is my challenge. It’s not for everyone but I love that they do not trick people and sincerely wanted their product to be effective. Integrity of a company is rare these days

On my second bottle of balance, menapause. Although I'm experiencing stress and menapause issues. I am 54 and have been experiencing hair shedding, and it so irritating that I have to remember to stay calm. What get me is it takes 3 to 4 bottles to see results. There should be discounts after 2nd bottle. Like I said this my second bottle and still have same issues. I take 4 recommend 🌿 herb capsules after a daily meal. Otherwise product is very expensive.

Purchased a three month supply of this product and I do have to admit that it does work. I started losing less hair and Im almost at the end of the third month. For this reason, I am giving it two stars. Customer service is another issue. I can’t believe a company that advertises widely, can have such a horrible rating when it comes to communicating. Why can’t I reach someone via email or my phone? When you call all you get is a message saying that there are no available agents to take your call even if you try to get in a queue for a callback. Then you get disconnected. There is no reply From anyone that is responsible for their email requests and it’s very frustrating because you can’t speak to anyone to inquire about your next order or a past order. When the website directs you to finish setting up your email account, it’s impossible to proceed further. It recognizes my email and password but tells me that there is another step to complete and setting up this account. That’s where everything goes silent and dead. It kicks you out of that set up program. Something is very wrong with this company therefore I have deemed my credit card on file as lost and have gotten a new one as I’m afraid that I will keep getting billed and will not have the security of actually reaching a representative. You have no way to cancel or to request a new order…. I’m afraid this company will just keep billing me and will have no recourse. Sorry Nutrafol. I like your product but we can’t have this kind of relationship. Goodbye
