Great app and customer service! Very seamless to use. Have been a client for many years and find the app very intuitive and transparent, the algorithm works very well.

Gov uk says that it should take no more than 30 days to transfer a stocks and shares ISA to a new provider. It took nutmeg over 50 days, and sustained communication/checking from me to ensure even this slow transfer happened. It took nutmeg almost 30 days to say that they couldn't transfer my money due to missing source of wealth docs from me. They then took an overly long amount of time to check my readily supplied documentation, all the while withholding my funds and risking a problematic cashflow issue for myself. Their nutmail messaging system slowed things down - you messsage, the next day you get a confirmation of a message, and then a few days later, if you're lucky you get a half response. They were better on the phone - there their advisers (especially an Andrea) were helpful.

Easy to use interface on website and app. Transparent and good communication. Make investing easy and stress free.

It is such an easy way to invest and follow if you have not had any experience in investing before. Very detailed and easy to use app.
