Great product and great prices, terrible service

Great product and great prices, but terrible customer service. This was my second time ordering and both times the delivery was extremely late. The first time they took several days to send it and this time they send it, but they told me DHL damaged the package and it was on its way back. I explained to them that I am out of protein and if they can send replacement right away (I have upcoming competition so it was really important for me), and they said no, that they will send in the the next few days. Few days have passed, still I haven't heard anything. Product and prices 5 stars Customer service 1 star Therefor average 3 stars

Bestellvorgang gut, Qualität gut, Versand und Kundenservice verbesserungswürdig. (Am 31.01 Gerstengras Tabs bestellt (€15.99), am 6.02 Gerstengras Pulver bekommen (€5.99). Bestellung am selben Tag bemängelt und Retoureschein angefordert. Am 8.02 Gerstengras Pulver per Retoure zurück geschickt (Empfang wurde bestätigt am 20.02). Bis 10.03 trotzt Nachfrage keine Antwort (oder Ware) erhalten. Via Paypal am 10.03 um Erstattung gebeten, am 12.03 die Ware erhalten.)

Super Kundenservice

Ich habe etwa 5 Produkte bei nurfit bestellt und bei einem habe ich ausversehen das Pulver bestellt und nicht die Tabs. Nachdem ich meine Daten telefonisch hinterlegt habe, wurde ich direkt am nächsten Tag angerufen. Die freundliche Frau am Telefon war sehr verständnisvoll. Ich habe das Produkt zurückgeschickt und wenige Tage später die Tabs erhalten! Das Beste: die tun nicht auf nachhaltig, sondern nutzen sogar Zeitungspapier aus Bremen, was mir als Norddeutsche besonders gefällt. Hier werde ich öfters bestellen und auch weiterempfehlen!

Feiner Pulver und schnelle Lieferung

Habe dort mein BIO Gerstengras Pulver aus deutschem Anbau bestellt und bin schwer begeistert. Das Pulver ist sehr fein und löst sich auch sehr gut im Wasser oder Saft auf.
