NF Tracking Order Status

To me there awesome they did great work on the product if people don't receive their products probably someone must have took theirs unless I'm lucky

I've ordered five t-shirt. They we're shipped from china. So it took some weeks until they arrived in germany. But there was an issue with the order. They've sent me a longsleeve instead of a t-shirt (only 1 product). So I've wrote an e-mail to novelty force and they've reacted immediately and sent me the correct product. So I've got my ordered t-shirts and a longsleeve as bonus. The shirts are well printed and fits nice. Novelty force get five stars from me, because of the nice service and the well and fast solving of my issue. Special thanks from Germany!

Have ordered twice from them. Its about a 1-2 month wait. office is in the U.S but the items get posted straight from China to you. Watch out for their sneaky deals, I added 3 tops to my cart then got a pop up offering to add a t shirt for free. So I did. Upon check out something didn't match up and it ended up being $20 for it anyway, pressed back and took away the item. Accidentally ordered M men instead of M women's. The website says they would get back to to you via email in 1-2 days, so straight away I emailed them to change. No answer, a week or so later... the Mens M got shipped out anyway. Other than not being straight forward and having bad customer service. You get what you order on the site. Anyway, the positives... love the tops. Nice and cool for summer, great graphics.

Very little communication, and delayed shipment but product arrived

Fik den første at 4 T-shirt jeg bestilte. Alle i XL størrelsen. Men den føler mere som L. Har kigget på deres "Size table" og jeg skulle nok havde bestilt i 2XL. Har ellers ikke problemer andet stedes, når jeg bestiller XL, men de her ser ud til at komme fra Kina, selvom "butikken" ligger i USA. Kvaliteten ser dog ud til at være i orden.
