Novelship Tracking Order Status

In the beginning, we need to wait too long to receive your purchase. Furthermore, when you need to fix something you need to wait a lot. For example: I tried to change my address before Novelship shipped my purchase and no one gave a time to try to fix it when someone tried, I just received “Sorry but we are unable to help you after your purchase is with the shipping company.

Shoes were legit - not fakes. Novelship were fine to deal with unless you need to return for exchange of size.

Shipping did take a while but that’s to be expected when coming from Asia. My trainers as far as I can tell are legit and not fake and I’m big into my trainers so I was really careful before buying them. Love my trainers and for the price they’re good

Was a bit worried after reading reviews & having already placed an order, have to say I had no issues apart from the whole process being a bit slow, I ordered on the 25th of January & received my trainers today ( 13th of February ) Definitely legit, love them & worth the wait, also when I messaged for an update I got a reply & an update within 24 hours

I’ve been using Novelship for over five years, but my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. My item was successfully delivered to their warehouse, yet they gave me only a few hours—on a public holiday—to respond before canceling my sale. Without adequate time to reply, they automatically applied a $19.54 penalty and refused to waive it, despite the situation being beyond my control. To make matters worse, they also charged a return shipping fee, instead of offering a fair resolution. After years of trusting their platform, I expected better treatment for long-time users. Their rigid policies, lack of flexibility, and poor seller protection make it difficult to recommend them anymore. If you’re considering selling through Novelship, be cautious of their unreasonably short response windows, harsh penalties, and lack of support for sellers. I hope they improve their policies to provide a fairer experience, especially for loyal users.
