Noughty Haricare Tracking Order Status

This was my second time buying from Noughty. I bought some hair care products for my mum for her birthday. Because I wanted to make sure the package arrived before her birthday, I paid extra for next business day delivery. However the package did not arrive until the afternoon of her birthday. I tried contacting Noughty via their chat service, but I still haven't had a reply. So disappointing to pay extra for a service which fails to deliver. What a joke! Edit: the customer service team reached out and refunded the cost of delivery, which was really appreciated

First time I have ordered from Noughty. I took up the offer of the curly style essential kit. I have received it today, however the microfibre hair towel was missing. I emailed them, and they replied straight away, apologised and a replacement is on its way to me already. Can not fault their customer service...Excellent. Looking forward to using all the products on my curly hair.

Reliable products for my wavy hair! Love this brand for maintaining and improving the appearance of my natural waves. Their products are very good value for money. I have ordered several times now & will continue being a repeat customer. Products are beautifully branded with clear instructions on the back. The products have improved my hairs health and I have had people compliment how great my hair is looking. (And I can now embrace my waves FRIZZ FREE!!!) Company is very reliable when it comes to any correspondence I have had with them. Their delivery is super fast! Really impressed with it especially over the RM strike period. I love their point system too! It means the more I order - the more discounts/coupons I can earn.

I had an issue with one of the products purchased through Noughty. A button came off the hair towel I purchased as a gift for my Mum, upon emailing Noughty provided amazing customer service which has resolved the issue promptly and to a standard in which I am extremely satisfied with.
